- Manages all third-party survey processes, including annual intake and integration of external survey data and preparation and export of company data
- Creates and administers all job profiles and job family structures
- Conducts routine job evaluations in partnership with HRBPs to price new roles consistent with market benchmarks, pay philosophy, and internal equity
- Works with Talent Acquisition in support of pay transparency requirements and routine offer creation
- Assists with the annual pay program process that updates market benchmarks, drives annual increases, and supports bonus allocation
- Provides analytical support to the Senior Manager of Compensation's executive compensation work
- Conducts ad hoc compensation analyses as requested by company leadership and the Board of Directors' Compensation Committee
- Develops effective compensation communications including routine reporting, annual notices, and compensation practice documentation
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, finance, or a related field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibilities
- Workday Compensation experience required.
- PayFactors experience is preferred
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification are preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, program management skills a plus
- Excel expertise required, other database and analytical tools experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to tell compelling stories with data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team across a global organization.

About the Team
Bose has a passion for... The Global Compensation Team at Bose is looking for a Compensation Analyst in its new Atlanta location. This analyst will support the entire global comp team with routine and ad hoc analyses that support competitive and equitable pay across the organization. The analyst will have primary responsibility for the relationships with our survey partners whose data we rely on for market insights. The analyst will report to the Senior Manager, Compensation, also based in Atlanta, and will work closely with the Director of Total Rewards in Framingham.
