    **Inventory and Warehouse Operations Manager**

    Greenville, SC, USA

    Salary

    Full Time

    This position is responsible for TPM's inventory management, warehousing operations, and distribution of supplies and parts at all locations. This position will also will supervise shipping and receiving at all TPM locations, fleet management, and forklift operations and training.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Always be a "professional thinker", problem solver and never stop learning.

    Leads, interviews, hires, and trains all warehouse personnel and delivery drivers within the organization.

    Responsible for all stock levels (min/max) at all TPM locations.

    Develop and maintains inventory databases for supplies and materials using industry software

    Responsible for stock rotation and establishing best practices for such.

    Responsible for creation of procedures, maintenance, and tracking for all warehouse locations.

    Responsible for the development and maintenance of TPM's warehouse security plans.

    Responsible for all shipping and receiving at TPM's three locations.

    Responsible for warehouse safety procedures and adherence to all OSHA guidelines.

    Supervise all forklift operations and drivers' qualifications.

    Responsible for cycle counts.

    Pull supply orders from TPM's Customer Experience Team

    Conduct inventory adjustments.

    Responsible for all inventories; annual, cyclic, spot-check.

    Track freight pricing, negotiate pricing with freight carriers, and make cost-savings and efficiency recommendations.

    Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace at all times.

    Manage TPM's vehicle fleet through various external organizations and resources.

    Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and carts.

    Other duties as assigned.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent from an accredited organization.

    Previous organizational leadership required.

    5-7 years of warehousing and inventory control experience required.

    Ability to read, write and speak the English language fluently.

    Ability to use computers, software applications, copiers and printing equipment.

    Previous experience in a fast-paced, "rush order" environment.

    Ability to multitask.

    Strong customer service capabilities, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with vendors.

    Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required.

    Must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to change.

    Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

    Current and valid forklift license preferred.

    OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification preferred.

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.

    Ability to work standing up to 50 percent of time.
