    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Establish customer relations and provide testing & inspections, maintenance agreements, and alarm monitoring solutions to existing and new customers.
    • Identify testing & inspection opportunities for all different types of fire protection systems.
    • Work with other members of the Sales team to coordinate all types of sales related activities inclusive of construction, service repair or other needs the customer may have.
    • Utilize estimation tools to deliver accurate pricing to prospective customers.
    • Keep detailed activity in CRM system
    • Promptly respond to customer requests.
    • Adhere to sales plan to achieve established goals and other key performance indicators.
    • Prospect for new customers, perform cold calling, perform site surveys, establish networking opportunities, perform presentations

    Required Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Minimum two years' experience selling testing and inspections, and/or fire systems service repairs, will consider a minimum of two years' experience Service Sales to Commercial Property Management companies (ie Security, Pest Control, HVAC Services, etc...)
    • Proficient in the use of computers and mobile devices
    • Organized, motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision.
    • Valid driver's license with good driving record

    Preferred Qualification

    • Knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Suppression system Inspection and Testing Frequencies and Requirements Preferred
    • Able to recognize and familiar with various types of systems at a customer site is a plus
    • NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems, Water-Based Fire Protection, or Special Hazards a plus

    Compensation $65,000 - $75,000

    Physical Requirements

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is frequently required to stand for 8 hours, walk, sit, and climb stairs, or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee will need to be able to withstand working in temperatures that may exceed 100 degrees. The employee will need to have the ability to walk in excess of 1 mile in a day.
