A notable restaurant group seeks a dynamic GM to oversee day to day operations as well as the development and scheduling of the team (from managers to hourlies) at their Orange, CA location. The GM ensures all FOH and BOH employees are trained, certified, understand, and follow quality standards.
The General Manager ensures guests receive superior service and the team upholds operational and human resources policies and procedures. The GM drives sales and costs (COGS) and makes sure operating expenses meet budgeted goals
The GM will effectively communicate to the team and corporate office, ensure the restaurant is properly cleaned, maintained and that all equipment is working properly. Ensure restaurant meets all Health Department standards and codes, and all tribe members are complying with all safe food handling procedures and sanitation standards
