Action is seeking an onsiteHigh Rise
General Manager for our association in
Mission Viejo.
Compensation:
$85,000 - $90,000
Schedule:
Hybrid

Job Summary
An Action General Manager is expected to be a leader; displaying sound judgment, honesty, trustworthiness, loyalty and diplomacy. Our clients expect a commitment to continuous improvement achieved through strategic short term and long term planning.
You will be the expert consultant to the Association and the Board of Directors on matters concerning:
- California Common Interest Development law and high-rise requirements.
- Davis Stirling Common Interest Development Action.
- Civil Codes applicable to noncompliance issues.
- Highrise building operations.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as an onsite high rise HOA General Manager
- Experience managing onsite team members and third party vendors
- Project Management experience
- Luxury property management experience is a plus
- CMCA certification preferred
Skills/Qualifications
- Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process.
- Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective presentation skills.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner.
