What you'll do:
As a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist you will be responsible for preparing the loan closing file which consists of all due diligence required from the Credit Approval Memo, Bank and regulations.
Also, prepare in-house closing documents via LaserPro, review attorney prepared closing documents for new loans, renewals, and modifications.Technology Skills:
