    What you'll do:

    As a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist you will be responsible for preparing the loan closing file which consists of all due diligence required from the Credit Approval Memo, Bank and regulations.

    Also, prepare in-house closing documents via LaserPro, review attorney prepared closing documents for new loans, renewals, and modifications.

    • Of high importance in this role is a strong background in Commercial Loan Documents.
    • Of high importance in this role is an ability to effectively understand and utilize technology in your daily work environment.
    • Of high importance in this role is the ability to adapt to changing environments and work processes.
    • It is critical for this role to understand loan structure and documentation including but not limited to Commercial Real Estate, Commercial and Industrial, Small Business Lending Group (Business Banking), Specialized Financing, Fund Finance and Tech Venture.
    • It is critical for this role to understand the loan documentation life cycle including but not limited to preclosing, closing, funding and postclosing.
    • This role needs to be a strong communicator with excellent problemsolving skills, who thrives in a fastpaced environment.
    • A proven team member that can develop skills and continue to grow and develop in their careers.
    What do you need?

    • Experience in
    Commercial Loan Documentation: 5-7 years

    • Ability to understand, evaluate, and work with legal documents.
    • Ability to deliver highquality service to internal and external customers.
    • Strong skills in organization, multitasking and prioritization.
    • Ability to cope with a fast paced, challenging and dynamic environment.
    • Ability to work well independently and with all kinds of personalities.
    • Ability to work 40 hours per week extend hours when required during quarter end.

    Technology Skills:

    • Experience working in LaserPro or an equivalent documentation system.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience in
    Salesforce and nCino

    • FIS Platform or an equivalent Core System.
