IT Service Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be part of the IT service team and take responsibility for the service desk of the GROW Digital Group.
  • You will be involved in the strategic development of our IT environment and always keep an eye on both employees and available resources.
  • You will support the expansion of the IT infrastructure (hardware) of the entire GROW Digital Group and take on first-level support for client hardware (Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android).
  • You will participate in the documentation and further development of our knowledge base and IT service desk system.
  • You will handle tasks created by users through our ticket system and be responsible for managing our user database.
