Our clinical team of educational therapists, behavior specialists, and therapeutic service staff members works collaboratively with parents, schools, and child care centers to deliver intensive services for children.

Which include but are not limited to behavioral health, therapeutic intervention, and related special educational services


Registered Behavior Technician


As a professional Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you would be providing one-on-one behavioral intervention services to reduce maladaptive behaviors in the home and/or community setting.

Professional Skills & Qualifications

  • Organizational Awareness, Data Entry, Leadership, Problem Solving, Teamwork, Initiative, Integrity, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, Commitment to Diversity/Inclusion.
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree
  • 40 hour RBT Training and/or Certificate from the Board after you have passed test

Job description

  • Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/procedures.
  • Complete all required training for state and local licenses, certifications, clearances, and formal training.
  • Follow the treatment plan goals and interventions.
  • Work within a group to develop internal systems to improve or ensure quality services.
  • Maintain quality documentation of clinical service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with consumers, their families, payers, community support service representatives, coworkers and other agencies
  • Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships by pairing self as a reinforcing entity and building the value of social interaction between the client and the RBT.
  • Implement interventions effectively based upon the treatment plan and behavior management plan as developed by the Behavior Consultant and/or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
