Our client in the district of Lichtenfels is looking for you to join their team as a
Personnel Administrator (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Point of contact for internal and external partners, managers, and employees for all personnel-related questions
- Preparation of contracts, contract amendments, references, and documents
- Processing of relevant HR processes
- Preparation of statistics and evaluations
- Management of the time tracking system
- Involvement in various HR projects and support in HR processes
Your qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a personnel specialist or a comparable commercial education
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Reliability, teamwork, flexibility, and communication skills
- Organizational skills and a careful and independent way of working
What we offer:
- A permanent contract with the option of being taken over by our client
- Payment of vacation and Christmas bonuses (depending on length of service)
