- Development and implementation of an audit process to ensure compliance across various functions.
- Audit calls, chats, and texts to ensure clinical best practices are followed.
- Identify areas of improvement in operational and clinical performance.
- Collaboration with crisis line management team to analyze performance metrics.
- Monitor adherence to policies and procedures.
- Implement corrective action plans as necessary.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related fields.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience in crisis line work is highly desirable.
- 2 years of experience in Quality Improvement.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer software programs.
- Ability to interpret and report data effectively.
- Customer-service oriented with the aptitude for building relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical information.
