- Understand the import shipping flows and data.
- Visibility Management (tracking master management)
- Drayage management (On-time delivery, empty return)
- Strategic inbound transportation management
- W/H allocation
- Documentation (B/L, D/O, POD, etc)
- Trucking / Customs / Transloading
- Cost reduction strategy
- Chargeback management
- Vendor performance review
- Vendor bidding/selection
- Collect invoices, analyze & validate invoices.
- Maintain cost data and provide weekly/monthly cost analysis.
- Actively working with Customs Brokers to provide shipping documents and check entry status.
- Analyze data in the system and provide data when required.
- Assumes other duties as assigned by the managers.
- Purchasing management – create, edit, manage POs
- Experience in logistics, customs and supply chain
- SAP or Microsoft Excel
- Self-starter and able to work with limited supervision
- Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills
- Bilingual in Korean is a plus
