- looking for a National Accounts Coordinator, who will manage Ulta's order process and play a vital role in supporting administrative support for the field sales teams: National Account Retail Managers (NARM'S), Retail Associates (RA'S). Responsible for collecting, analyzing and distribution data that enables the field to make tactile revisions to improve goal attainment.
- Lead PO process for Ulta orders
- Maintain basic sales reporting, trackers, and analysis
- Submit A&P orders
- Help with submitting credit voucher forms, purchase requests, and invoices for payment
- Assist National Account team with planning and execution of national and regional events, conferences, and trainings
- Lead the planning and execution of mass shipping initiatives, such as product gratis mailings and sales 'toolboxes'
- Monitor and respond to internal inquiries in the Ulta shared email mailbox
- General administrative tasks such as printing education packets, notecards, etc.
- Assist with creating Ulta social media content
- Connect new users to our B2B platform and troubleshoot login issues
- Export field requests for prospecting materials, process mail merge letters, and coordinate with the mailroom to ship to our prospective accounts
- Preparation for trade shows and retailer conference
- Participation in retailer events – corporate meetings, regional activities, trade shows, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
- B.S. in Marketing, Education, Communications or similar field of study
- Experience in the retail environment and or corporate office experience
- PC literate in Word, Excel, email, and internet. Emphasis on advanced skills in Excel (ability to format worksheets in a reader-friendly manner, use formulas, shortcuts, graphs, link spreadsheets, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to be creative and think out of the box
- Good follow up skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Well organized. Able to multi task
- Positive, "ready to help" attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work in Carson office and spend 1 – 2 days per quarter in local area retail stores. Available for limited US travel overnights per year.)
- Competitive hourly rate range of $24.00-$27.00; exact hourly rate determined by various factors including experience, skills, education and budget
