    Job Opening: Account Coordinator at Gigasavvy

    Gigasavvy, an innovative creative agency based in Orange County, California, is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Account Coordinator. This role, reporting to the Account Supervisor, is crucial for providing support to Gigasavvy's diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and have a strong passion for marketing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide ongoing support for various agency accounts
    • Manage day-to-day projects and ensure accountability for assigned accounts
    • Handle proofing and quality assurance for client deliverables
    • Assist the account team with project management tasks, client briefs, and meeting preparation
    • Collaborate with the Project Manager on timelines and internal communications

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
    • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational abilities
    • Professionalism and the capacity to work effectively in team environments
    • Preferably local to Southern California

    Salary Range: $26 - $32 per hour based on experience
