- Pull sales/sku reports to log and analyze data
- Maintain various trackers, including new door trainings and gratis
- Manage National Accounts GWP Sales promotions including set up with IT, planning and online ordering platform (Pepperi). Performance analysis and monitor inventory movement
- Update the quarterly BC Planner each month, outlining in-store and promotional activity
- Manage National Account mailbox, addressing all inquiries and requests from the sales team and national account staff/owners for PST
- Maintain National Account SharePoint folder and update documents as needed
- Submit Purchase Orders for payment in Concur
- Work closely with Planning to reserve/ release promotion sku forecasts
- Set up new accounts in Pepperi as needed for National Accounts
- Update new item forms for new launch products and promotional skus
- Handle Corporate contacts inquires and requests
- Assist with creating and overseeing National Account contests to be utilized to increase staff sales/services, along with distribution of prizes
- Work with vendors to create Dermalogica branded items
- Work with Planning and Creative to create Gifts with Purchase (GWP) items
- Work with Planning and National Accounts Director in creating various training gratis giveaways
- Create/request digital and printed assets in Wrike, including event collateral
- Assist in executing fulfilment needs for Field Sales team support items and training gratis.
- Lead the execution of mass shipping initiatives for all National Accounts, including monthly GWP, new innovation, Field Sales team support items, regional events, and other shipments as needed.
- Work collaboratively with National Accounts Director and Associate Manager in all aspects needed for annual conferences, travel and event support as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills with the ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple accountabilities and deadlines
- Strong technical aptitude required with the ability to learn new software programs
- Microsoft Office application skills: Strong in Word, Outlook and Excel. Skills working within PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations
- Comfortable working independently with limited direction and with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed expectations in performing own work required
- Good math aptitude required
- Continually seeks to expand knowledge and skills through independent self-learning

Dermalogica is seeking a dynamic and talented National Accounts Coordinator – Professional Skin Therapist Channel (PST) based out of our global headquarters in Carson, Los Angeles CA. This is a hybrid, on site position with applicable work guidelines. Reporting to the National Accounts Director, PST, the successful candidate will provide administrative, marketing, and sales support to the National Accounts Corporate Team, Field Sales, as well as Dermalogica Sales Operations Team as needed.

Education and or Experience: High School Diploma and experience working in an administrative capacity, preferably in a sales environment, required. Experience or knowledge in the skin care industry and of Dermalogica products a plus.
The hourly pay rate range is $23 to $26 per hour based on experience, skills, education, and budget.
