    Description

    Overview Under the direction of the Branch Manager, the Warehouse and Parts Specialist will handle the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including preparing items for shipment, receiving shipments, processing returns and package transfers. This position will also be responsible for pulling parts for service technicians and customer orders for pick-up at the parts counter.

    **Duties**

    Keep the warehouse cleaned and organized.

    Maintain inventory stock levels. Create part stock lists for designated manufacturers

    Pull parts from the warehouse shelves for sale at the parts counter, technician usage, truck stock, and proactive maintenance sales orders.

    Keep, verify, and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.

    Facilitate the transfer of parts to additional warehouse locations.

    Attach shipping labels on packed stencils or cartons; identify shipping information on goods.

    Post shipping charges and weights, and affix postage.

    Examine outgoing shipments and make sure they conform with specifications.

    Maintain inventory of shipping materials as well as supplies.

    Assist customers in-person, on the phone, and through email with parts sales and questions.

    Research parts for company use.

    **Qualifications**

    Effective listening, written, and oral communication skills.

    Adaptable and flexible. Able to work additional hours in seasons of increased workload, as needed.

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.

    High School Diploma or GED.

    Warehouse experience preferred.

    **Physical Requirements**

    Able to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel or crouch.

    Able to safely and independently move and/or lift up to 50lbs
