Trainer/Instructor in the field of business (m/f/d)

for a permanent position (full-time/part-time).

Your responsibilities

Theoretical and practical training in business topics such as general economics, marketing, human resources, trade/ecommerce, MS Office
Qualification of participants using appropriate adult learning methods
Identifying support needs and implementing suitable measures
Promoting strengths while considering labor market developments
Participation in the development and implementation of modern learning and training methods

Your profile

Successful completion of a business degree combined with a pedagogical qualification
Several years of experience in adult education preferred
Proficient in PC technology and extensive knowledge of common office programs
Strong communication skills, commitment, responsibility, and empathy
