Our client is a leading call center in the Town and Country, MO area. Due to their growth, their HR department is seeking new team members to join their team.


The HR Generalist (M/F/d) will provide guidance and support to managers in the Town and Country area on employment matters, including policy interpretation, HR procedures, employee conflicts, employee engagement, performance management, and employee transitions within or out of the company.


The HR Generalist will also conduct investigations into employee relations matters, with a focus on customer or competitor behavior complaints, employer complaints, and applicant/employee complaints.

They will work closely with the Law department to ensure fair and consistent policies and procedures, promoting a positive company culture.


Responsibilities:


  • Advise and support managers in handling complex workplace issues, especially during key points of the employee life cycle such as performance management, leaves of absence, internal job changes, or end of employment.
  • Uphold the company's Mission, Vision, and Values in all work and communications.
  • Act as a company advocate, promoting corporate culture and ensuring fair treatment of employees.
  • Maintain high ethical standards in all work.
  • Proactively connect with new employees to discuss their onboarding experience, reinforce company culture and values, and assist with networking within the organization.
  • Collaborate with leaders and employees to improve work relationships, boost morale, and increase productivity and engagement.
