Your Responsibilities

Organizing, designing, and managing the entire nursing process, including digital documentation
Ensuring residentoriented care for basic and treatment care
Contact person for doctors, physiotherapists, and other service providers
Advisor and motivator for residents and their family members
Quality assurance of nursing services
Responsible for the professional and appropriate implementation of medical orders
Completion of mandatory further training and enthusiasm for individual further education
Trustful cooperation with colleagues and the residential area management

Your Profile

Training as a nursing specialist (e.g. staterecognized elderly care nurse or nurse/health and nursing nurse, pediatric nurse, nursing specialist) with proof
Good computer skills and motivated use of computeraided nursing documentation
