Welcome to MN 'Soziale Dienste Psychiatrie gemeinnützige GmbH, which has been providing support for people with mental illnesses in the state capital of Munich and the districts of Munich, Ebersberg, and Miesbach for over 25 years.

Our mission is to integrate and reintegrate individuals into their living and social environments.


Our
Day Center "Werkstattcafé" located at
Hermann-Lingg-Straße 12 in Munich is a low-threshold meeting place for individuals with mental health problems who face disadvantages in multiple areas of their lives, such as a lack of daily or weekly structure and social isolation.

Starting on
January 1st, 2023, we are looking for a
part-time EX-IN Recovery Companion (m/f/d).


Your Profile:
Completed training as an EX-IN Recovery Companion (m/f/d)

Interest in low-threshold work at a day center in Munich

Willingness to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team

Ability to work well in a team, build relationships, and handle conflicts

Sense of responsibility and social competence

Empathy and understanding for the needs of individuals with mental illnesses


Your Responsibilities:
Organizing a weekly EX-IN discussion group

Providing individual, needs-based recovery support services

Being available for one-on-one conversations

Participating in interviews with potential visitors (m/f/d) of the day center

Regularly attending team meetings
