Your tasks:


  • Coordination of construction and work sites in various areas
  • Coordination with potentially involved authorities
  • Participation in the development of construction site regulations
  • Coordination of construction projects in the planning and execution phase
  • Preparation of SiGePlan, documentation for future work, and other necessary documents
  • Inspection of construction/work sites and documentation of resulting measures
  • Organization and conduct of meetings, work and fire safety training
  • Contact person for construction companies

Your profile:


  • Completed master/technician or engineering education
  • Completed training as a suitable coordinator according to BaustellV
  • At least two years of professional experience
  • Willingness to travel
  • Communication skills and negotiation skills, even in conflict discussions
  • Good written and oral expression
  • Possession of a class B driver's license
  • Good knowledge of IT technology, MS Office skills
  • Strong service orientation, independent work style, and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
  • Ideally, professional experience in the chemical
