We are currently rapidly developing into a leading provider of services for engineering offices and civil engineering companies in Van Wert, IA.

You have already gained experience in areas such as product management, departmental management, or similar leadership positions and are excited to strategically and operationally develop the German Building Service, then this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimizing and developing individual projects should be your thing
  • You are the responsible internal interface between sales, management, and the project team
  • You conceptualize product concepts and marketing strategies in collaboration with management and business development, including setting price strategies and regularly monitoring success.
  • Calculating offers and subsequent success monitoring is a key task
  • Ensuring all processes through monitoring and coordination with all stakeholders is a core task
  • Analyzing the key resources and financial indicators of individual projects and continuously identifying and implementing measures to optimize revenue margins
  • Forwardthinking and proactive gathering of information is part of your daily business

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree or training with further qualifications in the fields of business informatics, business administration, or engineering, or a similar qualification
  • The areas of renewable energy, departmental management, product management/product owner, sales, and project
