Due to our strong growth, we are currently seeking a new colleague to take on our accounting responsibilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of ongoing bookkeeping
  • Continuous document allocation, posting, and account maintenance
  • Account reconciliations and clarifications (receivables, payables, general ledger)
  • Accounts receivable management (monitoring open items and collections)
  • Fixed asset accounting
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
  • Correspondence with authorities
  • Execution of payment transactions
  • Posting and verification of funding usage
  • Direct contact with our customers
  • Participation in projects and annual financial statements

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in accounting in a similar position
  • Good computer skills and proficient in DATEV
  • Strong sense of responsibility and enjoyment of independent work
