Team Leader (m/f/d) Logistics in Huntsville, TX


Our client, an electronics company, is currently seeking a Team Leader (m/f/d) Logistics to join their team in Huntsville, TX.


As a high-tech service provider with its own technologies for manufacturing, our client offers an exciting and diverse challenge in a growing high-tech company with a modern workplace.


Your responsibilities:

  • Managing and leading a team of up to ten employees
  • Planning resources and space requirements, followed by analysis
  • Identifying lean potentials and implementing lean management tools and methods
  • Creating monthly reports and key performance indicators
  • Monitoring quality assurance procedures through CAQ systems
  • Handling complaints and taking responsibility for all inventories

Your profile:

  • Completed training, ideally with further education as a master (m/f/d) in warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems such as pro Alpha
  • Strong communication skills and organizational abilities
