    1. Cardiopulmonary Executive Specialty Sales Consultant (Miami, FL)

    The role of Executive Specialty Sales Consultant is tailored for a high-performing Pharmaceutical Sales Professional with expertise, relationships, and clinical knowledge in the Cardiology / Rare Disease sector. The focus will be on targeting, developing, evaluating, and comprehensively understanding customers, stakeholders, market dynamics, and competition landscape. As an Executive Specialty Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with key customers, gaining profound insights into key market influencers, and prescribing patterns in the designated territory. Specifically, the role involves recognizing the distinct requirements of rare disease markets and customers while offering valuable consultative support. Additionally, this position involves selling, promoting, and coordinating intricate products and services, as well as managing key accounts, generating leads, and organizing sales and marketing initiatives.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Establish positive relationships with key decision-makers, driving market growth in both existing and new accounts;
    • Create sales plans for the territory, including goals and resource allocation for key customers;
    • Secure formulary acceptance and understand specialty pharmacy distribution;
    • Develop a deep understanding of clinical papers and competitive landscape;
    • Collaborate with customers as a partner to identify potential patients and support therapy efforts;
    • Market Bayer products compliantly;
    • Maintain up-to-date administrative tasks, expense reports, product certifications, and product/clinical knowledge;
    • Adhere to Bayer and pharmaceutical compliance standards;
    • Meet or exceed sales targets consistently;
    • Residence-Based role covering the Miami, FL territory.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree;
    • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience;
    • Strong background in Cardiovascular products promotion;
    • Proven track record in sales within specific customer segments and territories;
    • Excellent sales, customer service, and communication skills;
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record;
    • Flexibility to travel as needed, including overnight stays;
    • Compliance with customer credentialing and safety standards.

    Preferred:

    • Advanced degree in Business or Clinical discipline;
    • Experience in promoting products in Hospital, Heart Failure, or Rare Disease areas.
