- Lead and manage a team of crossfunctional roles of research scientists, researchers, product managers, and program managers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of programs delivering survey datasets and correlated behavioral signals
- Persuade decision makers at all levels of the organization to take aligned action on research findings – inspire and help them internalize opportunities to delight our customers and differentiate our service.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve their career goals and objectives
- Masters in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams handling data collection programs
- Familiarity with largescale data processing and storage systems.
- Led research and development of models and science product
- Educate and evangelize across internal teams on analytics, insights and measurement
