Job description
Verify insurance information and obtain referral as needed.

Inputting benefits into system in a timely manner

Update insurance information in system as required

Explain to patients what their financial responsibilities will be

Inform relevant scheduling staff about eligibility restrictions


Answers telephone and either responds to inquiry, directs caller to appropriate personnel, or initiates a telephone message for response by appropriate personnel.

Knowledge of eCW a plus

Maintains a professional appearance.

(this is not a remote position).


Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
