    Job Description


    NielsenIQ's Retail Collaboration team is focused on helping suppliers and retailers grow their business through the use of common data sets that unlock new opportunities.

    In this new role you will have the opportunity to work with Rite Aid suppliers as they discover new value with an exclusive NIQ data sharing program.

    Empowering businesses with real-time supply chain management, precise inventory optimization, and strategic supplier relationship management, among other game-changing insights. You will collaborate with the Retailer, Supplier subscribers and NIQ internal teams to drive value with our subscribing clients.


    You will also be responsible for supporting clients as they subscribe to our program and drive continued satisfaction, assist in contract renewals as they near their term end, and help go after net-new subscribers to help continue driving revenue.

    Responsibilities


    • Main point of contact for suppliers to facilitate help with training, online support, contract/billing questions.
    • Maintain positive customer relationships by becoming an industry-expert partner
    • Network to identify new needs from our customers and potential business growth (both with Rite Aid and with suppliers)
    • Own strategic partnerships and minimize customer churn
    • Participate in events and forum
    Qualifications


    • Typically, 2+ years of work-related experience.
    • Experience working with a CPG or retailer, specifically in roles related to sales, category management or supply chain management.
    • Understanding of data analytics industry, business model, products, services and solutions.
    • Experience with Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, etc.
