- Maintain positive customer relationships by becoming an industry-expert partner

NielsenIQ's Retail Collaboration team is focused on helping suppliers and retailers grow their business through the use of common data sets that unlock new opportunities. In this new role you will have the opportunity to work with Rite Aid suppliers as they discover new value with an exclusive NIQ data sharing program. Empowering businesses with real-time supply chain management, precise inventory optimization, and strategic supplier relationship management, among other game-changing insights. You will collaborate with the Retailer, Supplier subscribers and NIQ internal teams to drive value with our subscribing clients.
You will also be responsible for supporting clients as they subscribe to our program and drive continued satisfaction, assist in contract renewals as they near their term end, and help go after net-new subscribers to help continue driving revenue.
