The Enterprise Technology team plays a crucial role in aligning technology solutions with business strategies to drive efficiency, innovation, and growth across the company.


    Disney's Enterprise Technology Identity and Access Management (IAM) Group is focused on providing a modern and secure IAM ecosystem for cast members, employees, and partners. We are looking for a skilled Sr. Manager in IAM Product Management to lead our team in defining product landscapes, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless operations.



    What You Will Do:


    We are seeking a Sr. Manager, IAM Product Management to guide the development of IAM products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive product lifecycle management. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Leading and developing the IAM product team to deliver outstanding services.
    • Owning team performance, budgets, and strategic planning.
    • Defining platform visions and strategies in alignment with company objectives.
    • Inspiring cross-functional teams to innovate and deliver high-quality products.


    Must Have:


    • Over 10 years of experience leading enterprise technology teams in identity and access management.
    • Proven experience with large-scale IAM solutions and various products/vendors.
    • Expertise in protocols such as SAML, SCIM, OAuth2, and more.
    • Strong leadership skills and Agile methodology proficiency.


    Nice To Have:


    • Knowledge of data handling regulations like GDPR and PCI.
    • Familiarity with IAM solutions integration with public cloud providers.


    Education:


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
