    • Ensuring that the manufacturing process runs smoothly by monitoring and managing the production team.
    • Overseeing employee productivity and providing guidance and assistance where necessary to ensure that production targets are met.
    • Planning and organizing the manufacturing process, including the allocation of resources and the development of production schedules.
    • Monitoring the production process for efficiency and identifying areas for improvement to minimize downtime and increase output.
    • Conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback to improve individual and team performance.
    • Ensuring that safety regulations and procedures are followed and that high standards of safety and quality are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
