Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Dealer is seeking to hire energetic and sales-driven individuals as a Retail Sales Representative.

Retail Sales Representative works with a team of experts to bringing the Metro by T-Mobile brand into the lives of every individual.

They explore and qualify all customers for the best products and services Metro by T-Mobile has to offer.

They build strong connections with our customers by recognizing their needs, educating them on new products and promotions, and recommending device and service solutions.

ResponsibilitiesExploring the needs of every customer and recommend the best Metro by T-Mobile products and services that meets the customer's expectationsProviding the best customer in-store experienceSide-by-side selling to find personalized solution for each customer that range from device, service, accessories, etc.

Completing all Metro by T-Mobile online and in-store trainingsMarketing in nearby community and shopping centers via various methods and becoming a brand ambassador of Metro by T-MobileExecuting daily store operations and procedureBenefits$16 per/hr plus commissionIncentives, spiffs, and/or bonusesMetro by T-Mobile employee service plan available at a discounted rate for individual/familyFlexible hours'RequirementsCompetitive and driven in a fast-paced sales environmentWillingness to work among co-workers and store leaders by learning and sharing best sales practice while helping customersNo sales experience needed in wireless retail industry but preferredBilingual in English and Spanish is mandatoryMust have reliable transportation to and from workCompany InformationAs part of the team, you'll help put a face on our brand while providing solutions that make a difference for thousands of customers.
