- Develop and implement innovative leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Lead negotiations for new leases, lease renewals, and rent reviews, ensuring favorable terms for the company
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential leasing opportunities and risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless integration of leasing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Oversee lease administration, ensuring compliance with lease terms and management of lease expirations and renewals.
- Provide regular reports on leasing activity, market trends, and portfolio performance.
- Mentor and lead a team of leasing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, preferably in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and portfolio management.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and lease structuring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong leadership skills.
- Must be willing to travel up to 15% for property visits and meetings.
