We are seeking an Assistant Leasing Manager whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assisting the leasing department by performing all tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Project a favorable image of the community to achieve objectives and public recognition
Generate traffic of prospective customers by assisting in designing advertisements for periodicals, direct mailers, follow up letters, telemarketing campaigns, inhouse programs, etc.
Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining show rooms, and any followup necessary
Perform afterhours duties as needed (i.e., attend student functions, PR events, etc.)

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

To be successful in this position, you should have:

A Bachelor degree preferred; or 2 years' experience in leasing and sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior experience in the student housing industry preferred.
