Pirmasens, we are always looking for team leaders (m/f/d) for our customer service.


For almost 25 years, TelePower GmbH & Co KG has been a strong partner for professional and efficient customer service.

Our teams in customer service at our locations in Pforzheim, Pirmasens, and Landau create satisfied customers every day for many renowned companies in Germany.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Administrative and organizational support for the Pirmasens team
  • Planning and management of your customer service team
  • Continuous development of your team
  • Technical training/coaching for employees
  • Ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction
  • Supporting the operational management in daily business
  • Acting as a technical contact person for the client

We expect the following from you:

  • Confident and friendly demeanor with strong social skills
  • Customer and employee orientation, as well as enjoyment in working with people
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Goaloriented, flexible, reliable, and a team player
  • Good affinity for numbers and assertiveness
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken

  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience in team leadership
