We are looking for a creative and competent Recruiter in full-time for a long-term position. This is for a successful and internationally operating company in the metal and electrical industry based in
Bremen, which independently identifies and develops new markets, embraces the megatrends of our time, and looks forward with innovation and creativity.

Your responsibilities will include:

In your role, you will be responsible for filling personnel needs from various departments and evaluating previous recruiting measures.
Following the latest trends in personnel acquisition, you will create attractive job advertisements and then manage the applicants.
You will work closely with the respective departments to ensure a common understanding of needs and requirements, and as a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will conduct preselection.
You will also work with personnel service providers, negotiate contracts, organize appointments, and review invoices.
You will continuously review and optimize processes in your department and support employees in applying for other positions within the company.
Finally, you will create relevant reports from a quantitative and qualitative perspective and take on various projects within the Recruiting Center.

To excel as a Recruiter, you should have:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification and have solid professional experience as a Recruiter.
You are familiar with new software or social media channels and have knowledge of legal regulations regarding the handling of personal data and labor law.
You are proficient in using common MS Office programs and have excellent communication skills in English in the field
