Operations Manager (m/f/d):

Your responsibilities:

You will manage your store and be responsible for personnel, budget, and inventory planning
You will lead, support, and motivate your team members
You will continuously optimize processes according to system guidelines and dean&david standards
You will monitor the success of your restaurant and initiate measures based on key performance indicators
You will enhance guest satisfaction through positive dining experiences and hospitality

Your profile:

A solid education in (system) gastronomy, hotel management, or a similar background
High level of commitment, flexibility, and a serviceoriented mindset
Proactive and able to take responsibility
Previous experience in team leadership is an advantage
A wellgroomed appearance
