HR Services Specialist DACH (m/f/d).

As an HR Services Specialist, you will be the point of contact for administrative HR matters for our employees in the region and play a key role in ensuring reliable and structured HR processes.

What you will do and achieve

  • Ensure compliant payroll processing through an external service provider
  • Liaise with health insurance companies, social security agencies, and authorities
  • Manage and analyze vacation and absence data
  • Provide guidance to employees on administrative and payrollrelated questions
  • Maintain and manage employee data in the payroll and HR management system
  • Support the company's health management program and employee benefit offerings, as well as the company pension plan
  • Handle administrative tasks
