Jazz Candy is an online shop based in Berlin, Germany. Our assortment includes food products from Germany, Japan, and the USA, with a total of around 500 different items.

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) with at least 5 years of professional experience for our company location in Berlin Reinickendorf.

Immediately or by agreement

Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for the smooth running of all warehouse activities and processes, as well as compliance with legal regulations regarding storage and occupational safety.
You coordinate the incoming and outgoing goods and take care of the distribution of goods to end customers and B2B customers.
You are responsible for the scheduling and vacation planning of the team.
You assign the pickers and packers according to the order situation and ensure timely shipment of customer orders, as well as monitoring compliance with quality standards.
You conduct regular inventories.
You order packaging and consumables.

Processing returns
You are the contact person for shipping service providers and suppliers.
