International Procurement Management Trainee (M/F/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet learning and development objectives while delivering business results through projectbased rotations (each lasting 3 months) in all areas of Procurement.
Each rotation will have specific tasks and deliverables relevant to the function and scope, which may include:

  • Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures
  • Developing category strategies
  • Delivering value beyond cost savings to support Procurement's strategic goals
  • Conducting stakeholder meetings to identify potential projects and offer solutions
  • Completing a shortterm international assignment (or extended business trip) to gain global experience and network
  • Building relationships with crossfunctional stakeholders and the Bayer Global Procurement community
  • Familiarizing yourself with company policies and monitoring progress towards business goals with the help of coaches, mentors, and/or management
