    Description & Requirements



    This role is based in Kansas City onsite and we are in need of a Part Time Child Support Counselor to help with the handling of legal paperwork, email correspondence, and some phone communication.



    Key Responsibilities:


    • Offer case management services for a designated caseload of child support cases, utilizing expertise in policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations to advance cases through administrative and legal processes.

    • Establish and enforce child support orders.

    • Conduct investigations to locate non-custodial parents.

    • Review records to collect crucial case information.

    • Educate clients on procedures and options, and address inquiries effectively.

    • Validate existing data within an automated child support system.


    Minimum Requirements:


    • High school diploma or GED is a must, along with 0-2 years of relevant professional experience, or a suitable blend of education and experience.

    Pay Transparency
