- Develop and implement creative and age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood development standards.
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and creating individualized learning plans.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.
- Child Development, or Infant/Toddler related courses (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with infant/toddler aged children in a classroom setting.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- CPR and First Aid certified (preferred).
