Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities for the classroom
Provide support and supervision to children during daily routines and activities
Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment for children
Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement ageappropriate curriculum
Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and development

Qualifications:

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in early childhood education preferred
Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
Must be able to work full time based on the classroom's needs.
Must be able to help children with diapering, feeding, toilet training. Training will be offered.

Candiate will have an opportunity to gain their Child Development Associates through out fully paid grant program.
