In a world of confusion let this be clear

Today it appears that we stand at the crossroads of debate and confusion over just who God is. Is God the God of the white man? So I thought I would be blunt and simply tell the truth as the scripture reveals it.

If you are olive, tan, black, red or white, if you are gay, straight or bisexual, if you are male or female God loves you. That is the fundamental truth of Scripture. You are loved.

Now there appears a major misunderstanding of with whom it is that God agrees. Let me see if I can help clean this up. God agrees with none of us. Yes that is the truth. God does not agree with any group or classification of human. What He does do is give each of us, regardless of who we are or what we believe, the opportunity to agree with Him.

Salvation does not come from God agreeing with us and it never has, it comes from us agreeing with Him. If you desire to know what it is He wants us to agree with read His word. But please read it as a child without all the preconceived ideas of what it means. Simply start with what does it say. Yes you can start in Genesis but I would recommend starting in Matthew, Mark, Luke or John.

These are called the Gospels and they tell the story of Jesus and what He came to help us understand. The main point He came to bring was God loves us and because of that fact He came down to help us know God. Read on of the books, in fact read all four so you can know Jesus and the truth behind all these debates.

Know this above all things, you are loved.
