The small town of Tualatin, Oregon boasts a symphony orchestra. Yes, they are all volunteers. But they have some secret weapons to maintain and invigorate their survival. One of them is a friend, Arthur Breur, a marvelous young composer. Here is his Tualatin Overture which celebrates the little town from when dinosaurs moved ponderously through the landscape until the present day.
