    Kanini is looking for an QA Lead Tester who has a deep experience in Regression Testing, Integration testing, and Web and Cloud Applications Testing.

    Responsibilities


    Responsible for driving software testing lifecycles on a Scrum teams while providing strong technical and analytical skills to deliver with quality.

    Lead the design of Test plans, Test Scenarios, Creation, and execution of test cases.

    Analyzing bugs and facilitating bug/defect lifecycle and interacting with development team members in fixing the defects.

    Participating in Sprint planning and performing test planning to ensure delivery meets the need of the Sprint.

    Manage all testing activities as part of testing lifecycle from planning to execution.

    Conducting training sessions to offshore team members as needed on product or processes.

    Timely reviews of test plans, test scripts and results to ensure optimal requirement and code coverage.


    Responsible for planning and conducting test execution, managing test cases, raising bugs, and ensuring no blockages during the testing process.

    Regular reporting on issues identified during testing activities and their resolution for any needed corrective actions.

    Collaborate with different teams including offshore to understand test and automation needs as part of development cycle.

    Required Experience

    Minimum of 5 -10 years of QA Automation experience with 4-5+ years of Leadership experience

    Strong experience testing APIs and databases.

    Experience with creating UAT scripts to end users of business entities.

    Demonstrate working understanding of the Scrum/Agile/SAFe Methodologies and defect management process.

    Experience in daily test reporting/monitoring and identifying risks.

    Fluent with Bug and Defect lifecyles.

    Demonstrate working understanding of Database testing skills like writing simple queries to validate the data.

    Ability to Mentor QA Teams and assigning work.

    Should have a strong balance of technical and a proven history of good work across large scale applications.

    Strong communication skills regarding technical topics and remote collaboration skills are critical to this role.
