We are currently seeking a Teams Assistant (m/f/d) for our location in Greenwood, IN. This position is available as a part-time model hours/week) on a permanent basis.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer support
  • Preparation of offers
  • Handling and reporting of claims, and accompanying the claims process
  • Digital customer management and data maintenance
  • Pre and postprocessing of customer appointments

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in insurance or banking
  • Alternatively or additionally: relevant work experience in the field
  • Structured, independent, and conscientious work style
  • Proficient in MS Office
