Organizing appointments
Flexible deployment and independent organization in functional areas such as registration, appointment scheduling, telephone service, administrative patient admission, and assisting in consultations
Practical tasks according to doctor's instructions: blood collection, ECG, bandages, splinting, and more
Preparing, assisting, documenting, and following up on patient examinations
Processing of findings and prescriptions
EBM and GOÄ billing

We are in sync if you:

Have completed training as a Medical Assistant
Have experience in appointment scheduling and assisting in consultations
Have a responsible and independent work style
Are familiar with the use of practice software and common computer procedures (Office applications)
Have basic knowledge of billing for health insurance associations (desirable)
Have a high level of professional and social competence
Have strong communication skills and are a team player
