Field Service Engineer (m/f/d) / Remote Control Systems / Home Office

Our Client:

Our client is a leading manufacturer of radio remote controls for industrial applications, as well as controls for diesel pumps and many other high-tech products and systems. The systems are used worldwide and are among the highest quality on the market. The products are developed in their own research department. Sales and technical support for the EMEA region are coordinated at the Dutch location.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be an integral part of the team and perform on-site maintenance, repair, and installation work on the company's products. You provide technical expertise to customers and ensure optimal performance and maintenance of the systems.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and problem-solving

Perform regular maintenance, diagnose technical issues, repair hardware and software problems, and provide effective solutions on-site for customers

Conduct needs analyses to understand and fulfill customer requirements

Provide training for operators and maintenance technicians both in the office and on-site with customers

Maintain good technical knowledge to quickly diagnose and repair hardware and software problems, and stay up-to-date on current and new products and professional knowledge

Represent the company professionally on-site with customers

Document work performed
