    Job Description:

    Pre-Requisites:
    • Proven ability to identify functional specifications for various modules of day-to-day activities within CCC & OPS Platform.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of both CCC & OPS Platform.
    • Proficient understanding of end-to-end issues and a solid grasp of the entire business process.
    • Thorough knowledge of Procurement, business processes, estimation techniques, etc.
    • Proven understanding of test data correlations between CCC & OPS.
    • Experience in evaluating the consistency and importance of various business processes.
    Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with OPS and IT Teams daily throughout the requirements phase.
    • Act as the primary liaison between other business partners and the IT Team/OPS team.
    • Document requirements & create a scope matrix encompassing the full project scope.
    • Design test cases/use cases for CCC, OPS platforms, Procurement, business processes, Estimation tools, etc.
    • Furnish test data as needed.
    • Validate the functional test cases in Dev, QA, and UAT environments, in collaboration with the third-party QA team.
    • Endorse the sign-off in the QA environment on all functional test cases.
    • Coordinate with other business partners to procure UAT sign-off in the QA environment.
    • Validate and correct data in Dev, QA, and Prod environments when necessary.
    • Connect with various Boyd stores to pinpoint "Power users" to aid UAT and QA teams.
    • Assist in data mapping when required.
    • Train the QA teams on the functionality of the test cases.
    • Break down the existing business process into user stories/test cases.
    • Allocate UAT tasks/test cases to respective business partners.
    • Support the IT PMO in tracking the progress and completion of the UAT/QA test cases.
