    Description


    1. Assist in A/P invoice processing responsibilities.
    2. Maintain users in Anuko and track quarterly time study reports
    3. Prepare and enter various monthly journal entries.
    4. Perform reconciliations for various programs
    5. Complete monthly billing for various Departments
    6. Complete purchasing tasks with p-card, including but not limited to staff hotel and training requests
    7. Complete monthly reporting for various programs.
    8. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
    Supervision Received
    Receives supervision from the Accountant Supervisor-Operations, Fiscal Division.
    • Thorough knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting procedures.
    • Working knowledge of personal computers (PC's), computerized accounting spreadsheets.
    • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to work independently and make independent decisions.
    • Ability to exercise professional discretion in assisting coworkers and other employees.
